Varda Sky Team, which participated in the event organized byTurkey Technology Team Foundation and Turksat cooperation and placed 4th in the comptetion, organized a model rocket launch event within the campus area.Our Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent ÇAKMAK, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. İrfan KAYMAZ, Prof.  Dr. Birol SOYSAL, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Prof. Dr. Ali Fatih YETİM, Varda Sky Team consultant Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nur Hüseyin KAPLAN and the students and teachers of the Anatolian High School participated in the event.

In addition to our Rector and Vice Rectors, guest teachers activated the launch system and the model rockets launched to the altitude successfully opening their parachutes and were enthusiastically welcomed by the students.After the souvenir photos taken, the event ended.
