Erzurum Technical University (ETU) Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak hosted the students of Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality Disabled Education Center.

Mahmut Temel, the Director of Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality Disabled Education Center, which provides various courses and trainings in order to facilitate the lives of individuals with special needs in Erzurum and to bring them into society, met with Rector Bülent Çakmak, his teachers and students.
