Erzurum Technical University (ETÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak met with international students studying at the university for lunch.

In addition to Rector Çakmak, Vice Rector Prof. attended the meeting organized to meet international students studying at ETÜ. Dr. Ceren Sultan Elmalı, Foreign Relations Office Coordinator Assoc. Dr. Eyüphan Manay, Erzurum International Student Association President Ertan Aksakal and many international students attended.

Rector Çakmak started his speech by stating that he also received his postgraduate education abroad: “No matter what country you are from, you are all very valuable to us. You chose our university to continue your education miles away from your home. During your time here, you will gain good friendships as well as a quality education. You will mutually share culture, and when you graduate and return to your countries, you will be ambassadors of our country. You will tell about your experiences and introduce our country and city in the best way. During this process, our door will always be open to you. "You can share your problems, opinions and suggestions with us without hesitation," he said.  

The program ended with the students asking their questions to Rector Çakmak and taking a souvenir photo.
