The Industry-Based Undergraduate Research project titled “Design and Control of a Prototype Product Sorting Automation System Based on (lot) Technology” offered by Osman Metehan AYDIN, Celal Furkan TARBA and Mustafa ŞİMŞEK who are our university's students in Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, was deemed worthy to be supported by TÜBİTAK.
Our students whose academic advisor is Technology Transfer Office Manager Assoc. Dr. Ahmet DUMLU will design an intelligent prototype product sorting automation system in accordance with Industry 4.0, which will bring the Internet of Things Technology (Iot) to the system they will develop, unlike the conventional product sorting systems used in the industry. It is thought that the robotic automation system, which will be controlled via a user-friendly Android software and wireless network, will contribute to Industry 4.0 applications that industrialists are trying to make a transition.
We congratulate our students and their advisors and wish them continued success.
