The KarFest Brotherhood Project, prepared by the students of Erzurum Technical University (ETU) Sports and Activity Club, has been awarded support within the scope of the University Student Societies Cooperation and Support Program (ÜNİDES) of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

With the KarFest Project, which was prepared to popularize sports culture, Sports and Activity Club students will organize various sports activities and events on the ETU campus. Later, the events will be moved to village schools and will be held with the children studying there.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Turan, a faculty member at the Faculty of Sports Sciences who is the consultant of the KarFest Project, stated that the KarFest Project will be implemented in the second term and said: “The project prepared by our students to spread sports culture has been approved by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. It will be a festival-like project. Various events will be organized where students at our university can have a pleasant time in the time left after classes and exams. At the same time, we will bring these events together with our children in village schools and build a bridge between them and our university.”
