Erzurum Technical University (ETU) Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Coach Education 3rd year student Adil Mısırcı won the bronze medal in the Inter-Army World Championship.

ETU National Athlete Adil Mısırcı, who competed in the 125-kilogram freestyle at the 37th Inter-Army World Wrestling Championship organized by the International Military Sports Council (CISM) in Yerevan, Armenia between November 18-23, 2024, defeated his Belarusian opponent and won the third place podium.

Speaking after the competition, Mısırcı stated that he had gone through a long and difficult preparation process and said: “It was a great source of pride for me to represent my country and university in such an important championship. My goal is always the gold medal. I will continue my work without interruption to achieve this in the upcoming championships.”
