An information meeting was held within the scope of orientation programs at Erzurum Technical University (ETU) Health Sciences Faculty. The meeting held in the Life Center Conference Hall was attended by Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Elanur Yılmaz Karabulutlu, Head of Registrar's Office Hasan Bostancı, academicians, IT specialists and newly enrolled students in the Faculty of Health Sciences. Elanur Yılmaz Karabulutlu, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, who came to the podium to make the opening speech of the meeting, stated that they are happy to start the new term and said, "We are making an intense effort to do the best for you, our esteemed students. You are starting a new education-teaching process. In the future, you will undertake very important duties as individuals with responsibilities to yourself, your family, your country and the world.I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a successful 2022-2023 Academic Year". Rector Bülent Çakmak, who took the rostrum after Dean Karabulutlu, wished the new era to bring success, health and peace, said, "We are in an effort to offer you the best education with our academic and administrative staff. However, during your university life, you should not only be successful in your courses, but also be equipped in every sense when you graduate by taking advantage of every opportunity that will contribute to your personal development. With these feelings and thoughts, I wish you all success in your new education life." Finally, after the speeches, the students were informed about the social, sportive and cultural activities offered by the university, as well as the introduction of the "Blackboard Learn" system, which digitalizes and effectively organizes student-teacher interaction such as announcements, homework, discussion boards and blogs through distance education. At the end of the meeting, Rector Çakmak and the university administration went to the cafeteria with the students, chatted with the young people during the meal and listened to their expectations from the university and the new academic year.
