A cooperation protocol was signed between Erzurum Technical University (ETÜ) and Tarımsan Mühendislik Agriculture and Livestock company.
ETÜ signed a cooperation agreement with Tarımsan Mühendislik Agriculture and Livestock company, which supplies fertilizers, machinery, seeds, spare parts and pesticides at international standards, in order to conduct joint scientific research, engage in R&D activities and provide support in training.
ETÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Fatih Yetim, Assoc. Prof. İsmail Bezirganoğlu from Faculty of Science, Tarımsan Engineering Agriculture Animal Commitment. Ltd. Manager Alper Küçük attended the signing ceremony held in the Rectorate Meeting Hall.
Evaluating the signed protocol, Rector Çakmak stated that they see university-industry collaborations as a priority and said: “The advanced infrastructure facilities and laboratory facilities of our university are always open to the industrialists of our city and region. We have many ongoing studies within the scope of university-industry cooperation at our High Technology and Research Center (YÜTAM). With the protocol we signed, agricultural engineering researchers will be able to benefit from the opportunities of our university. "On this occasion, I hope that the protocol will be beneficial for both institutions," he added.
