A celebration program was held at Erzurum Technical University (ETU) on the occasion of the Feast of Sacrifice.

ETU Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Fatih Yetim, academics and administrative staff attended to the program held in the Rectorate Foyer.

Speaking at the program, ETU Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak stated that they came together to celebrate Eid al-Adha and said: “I congratulate all our staff and their families on Eid-al-Adha with my sincere wishes. Holidays and special days are an important part of our culture and we share our happiness, sadness and pain these days. We need to appreciate the days that are conducive to the reinforcement of our feelings of unity. Distinguished members, as a university, we are a growing family with 355 academic staff and 264 staff as administrative staff. Although we have a history of approximately 13 years, we have made significant progress in terms of both the administrative structure, the academic structure and the physical structure of our university. Of course, each of you has an important role in bringing this development to this point. I believe that we will bring our university to even better points together in the next 10 years. With these feelings and thoughts, I once again congratulate you on your past Eid-al-Adha and wish you all good health and well-being.” he said.
