Erzurum Technical University (ETU) and Erzurum Provincial Directorate of National Education signed a cooperation protocol as part of the "4007 Science Festival of Leading Technologies of the 21st Century" program, which aims to foster science culture and communication in society.

ETU Rector Prof. Dr. Bulent Cakmak and Erzurum Provincial Director of National Education Yakup Yıldız attended the signing ceremony held at the Rectorate Meeting Hall.

The event will simultaneously organize workshops, scientific demonstrations, and laboratory experiments in various venues, aiming to introduce the people of Erzurum to science in a fun environment and raise awareness about scientific processes among all participants, regardless of age.

Commenting on the issue, Rector Cakmak stated that one of the most important duties of universities is social contribution: "We will realize a three-day event with our Provincial Directorate of National Education in the coming period."Our students and guests will have fun and learn at the festival, which will include activities from different branches of science. As ETU, our doors are always open to such projects, and our facilities are always ready for our students to use. On this occasion, I hope that our protocol will be beneficial."
