Erzurum Technical University (ETU) Women's Shooting Team became the Turkish Champion at the Inter-University Shooting Championship held in Sakarya.

In the 10-Meter Air Rifle Women's Competition held between March 21-23, Damla Kose, competing on behalf of ETU, won the silver medal and became the second in Turkey, while Elife Eda Cınar won the bronze medal, finishing third in Turkey. The ETU Shooting Team, which became the Turkish Champion as a team, also stood out with their individual successes, earning widespread recognition.

Following the competitions, ETU Rector Prof. Dr. Bulent Cakmak congratulated the shooting team, stating, “We are proud that our shooting team became the Turkish Champion. Thanks to the determination, discipline, and hard work of our students, we achieved this success. Our athletes did not surprise us, achieving remarkable results both individually and as a team in the field of shooting. I congratulate all our athletes, coaches, and everyone who contributed to this success.”
