Erzurum Technical University (ETU) took part in the 3rd Turkey-Uzbekistan Education Forum held in Istanbul on September 27-28. On behalf of ETU, Rector Prof. Dr. Bulent Cakmak and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Fatih Yetim attended the education forum, which was attended by many universities from Turkey and Uzbekistan. At the education forum, important meetings were held between Uzbekistan universities and ETU for Erasmus+ KA171 project and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) bilateral cooperation. In this context, Social and Scientific Cooperation Protocols covering the joint organization of education, science, art, sports and cultural activities were signed between ETU and 8 Uzbekistan universities including Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry, Namangan Institute of Textile Industry, Fergana Polytechnic Institute, Karakalpak State University, Bukhara Engineering-Technological Institute, Bukhara State University, Denau Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy and Zarmed University.
