Erzurum Governor Mustafa Çiftçi came together with individuals studying within the scope of the 60+ Refreshment University Program, which was launched within Erzurum Technical University (ETU), in a refresher course.
Students of the 60+ Refreshing University Program, which was launched at ETU with the slogan "Learn for Life, Refresh for Life" to encourage the active participation of individuals aged 60 and over in society and to help them acquire new skills, took the refreshing lesson with Erzurum Governor Mustafa Çiftçi.
Speaking at the lecture attended by ETU President Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak, Governor Mustafa Çiftçi stated that he also studied law after a certain age and that the process was very good for him, and shared with the students Henry Ford's words, "Anyone who stops learning is old, whether they are 20 or 80. Anyone who continues to learn stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young," emphasizing that there is no age for learning. Governor Çiftçi, who conducted his lecture interactively with the students, then answered the questions directed to him. At the end of the lecture, 60+ Refreshment University student representative Retired Nurse Permin Şenol presented Governor Çiftçi with the marbling painting made by the students as part of the lecture.
