The Northeast Anatolia Career Fair (KUDAKAF'23), organized under the leadership of the Presidential Human Resources Office (CIBKO), started with the hosting of Atatürk University and the partnership of Erzurum Technical University (ETÜ) and regional universities.

KUDAKAF'23, which was organized with the slogan "Talent is Everywhere" to bring together the country's leading institutions, organizations and companies and university students, and to increase the interaction of young people with employers and to provide them with information about the expectations of the sector, opened its doors to its visitors with the opening ceremony.

ETÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak attended the opening of the program held at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Fair Center. In addition, CBİKO President Assoc. Prof. Salim Atay, Chief Public Ombudsman of Turkey Şeref Malkoç, Erzurum Deputy Governor Ahmet Özdemir, Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mehmet Sekmen, 9th Corps and Garrison Commander Major General Tevfik Algan, Chief Public Prosecutor Hüseyin Tuncel, rectors of partner universities, district mayors, Erzurum's administrative staff, Military and judiciary officials and many academics and students attended.  

Speaking into the Radio University microphone regarding the event, which started after the opening speeches and demonstrations, Rector Çakmak stated that the event is a great opportunity for university students and said: "The 5th of the fair, which was first hosted by ETÜ in our region in 2019 with the slogan "Talent is everywhere", was organized by Atatürk University. During the two-day event, our students will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with representatives and managers of nearly 400 companies and evaluate internship and job opportunities. In this respect, we are very pleased to be a stakeholder of such an important project. "I hope KUDAKAF'23 will be beneficial to our region and our country." 

After the program, Rector Çakmak visited the stands and chatted with the students and company officials for a while and received information about job opportunities and career opportunities.
