A protocol was signed between Erzurum Technical University (ETU) and the Civil Society Support Association (SITODED) to deepen university-civil society cooperation. This agreement aims to implement various projects at both local and international levels and focuses on social responsibility activities.
The protocol includes Erzurum Technical University and SITODED acting together in social responsibility projects and organizing various trainings, field studies and trips for students and volunteers. In addition, it is envisaged to cooperate in order to increase social awareness and develop social projects.
Within the scope of the signed cooperation agreement, an International Youth Center (ETU-UGEM) will be established within ETU. This center will play a leading role in organizing youth activities and will make significant contributions to issues such as informing students about opportunities abroad and supporting their foreign language development. As the Eurodesk Turkey Contact Point, SITODED will also encourage university students to participate in international projects.
