Erzurum Development Foundation (Er-Vak) President Erdal Güzel and the accompanying delegation, paid a courtesy visit to  Erzurum Technical University (ETU) Rector Prof. Dr. He Bülent Çakmak.

Er-Vak President Erdal Güzel stated that the Erzurum City Archive (ERSA), which was established within Erzurum Technical University and is planned to be operational soon, will bring together the cultural heritage of Erzurum and will make significant contributions to the memory of the city with all kinds of written and visual documents.  

Stating that ETU is not only an institution that conducts academic studies within its own borders within the scope of university-society cooperation, but also produces projects for the city and its region, Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak stated that they are trying to reveal the historical background of Erzurum in this direction.

The visit which also included Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Murat Küçükuğurlu ended with goodwill wishes.
