With the activities carried out since April, the first project ideas were collected from the entrepreneurs in the region and after preliminary evaluation, the entrepreneurs were given Entrepreneurship Roadmap Training under 14 titles. After the training program, entrepreneurs were mentored by experts so that they could write their business ideas. At the end of the process, in order to select the entrepreneurs to be notified to TÜBİTAK, a DEMODAY was held and business idea owners presented their projects before the expert jury members.

ETU Crystal Entrepreneurship Center Coordinator and TUBITAK KristalBIGG executive, who made evaluations about the events, Res. See. Gürkan Kalınay: “Since 2019, when we started our activities as ETU Crystal Entrepreneurship Center, our goal is to make the regional entrepreneurship ecosystem qualified. Working in line with this goal, we have brought qualified entrepreneurs to the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the region, and these entrepreneurs contribute to the economy of our country with products with high added value. It is a great advantage for qualified entrepreneurs to benefit from the support of a leading institution such as TÜBİTAK, thanks to our center. In this way, regional entrepreneurs have the opportunity and comfort to continue their entrepreneurship stories as a whole under one roof.”

Speaking about the process, ETU Rector Prof. Dr. Bulent Cakmak; “ETU Crystal Entrepreneurship Center has been continuing its activities since the day it was founded, with the effort and effort to produce products with high added value in regional and national terms and which will reduce the foreign dependency of the country's economy. While doing this, it has become one of the important actors of a process that has evolved into young people who produce instead of young people who consume regionally, thanks to the techno-enterprise companies established under this structure. In addition, although our center is a pre-incubation center, it has received the support of TÜBİTAK BIGG and has become the only entrepreneurship center in the region that carries out this process from pre-incubation to TÜBİTAK.
