The determination process of foreign national candidates applying to our University for postgraduate education has been completed. Please click here to see the list of candidates who have the right to final registration.
Candidates who are entitled to the final registration must deliver the required documents in person during the Final Registration Period to ETU Student Affairs Office between 26.08.2024 – 29.08.2024.
Documents Required During Final Registration are as follow:
a) Original diploma |
b) Original transcript |
c) Foreign language proficiency exam result document for enrollment in doctoral programs |
d) Notarized copy or original of the student visa to be obtained from foreign representatives |
e) Photocopy of passport |
f) Certificate of residence |
g) Turkish proficiency certificate |
h) For programs other than health fields, a document that the higher education institution he/she studied is recognized by YÖK (Except refugees) |
i) Diploma equivalency certificate for programs related to health fields with clinical practice |
j) Document that the higher education institution he/she studied is recognized by YÖK for the programs related to the fields of health without clinical practice |
Important Note: Students enrolled in a graduate program (master, doctorate) of another higher education institution must first cancel their registration from the relevant university in order to register.
