“KOSGEB Support Programs Information Seminar” has been held by Erzurum Technology Transfer Office and Erzurum KOSGEB Directorate in our university. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent ÇAKMAK, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İrfan KAYMAZ, Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuba YETİM, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Prof. Dr. Fatih YETİM, Technology Transfer Office Manager Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet DUMLU, KOSGEB Erzurum Director Umut TAN, KOSGEB SME Expert Adem GÜLTEKİN, numerous academics and students have attended. Within the scope of the seminar, KOSGEB SME Expert Adam GÜLTEKİN made a detailed presentation about “Entrepreneurship, R&D Technological Manufacturing, Business Development, SME Financing and other supports like İŞGEM/TEKMER". Adem GÜLTEKİN who mentioned especially about the KOSGEB Entrepreneurship supports that students can take advantage said: "This is a new career opportunity for students and graduates of university". Our Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent ÇAKMAK voted of thanks for the informative presentations that includes information about the process of Justiceship, Spectatorship and Councillorship which academics can take an active role in KOSGEB and R&D projects. In his speech, Prof. Dr. Bülent ÇAKMAK emphasized that KOSGEB is another financial support of academics and students’ academic projects and our students and graduates should especially benefit from the opportunities offered by KOSGEB.
