Gen Actual Club that the students of the Faculty of Science, Molecular Biology and Genetics are involved in, continues to organize seminar programs taking place every Tuesday about various fields. As a guest Prof. Dr. Mustafa SÖZBİLİR from Atatürk University, Faculty of Education and Chemistry Department, gave a seminar titled “Factors Affecting Motivation in Education”.

Mustafa SÖZBİLİR informed the participants about these topics related with the questions like “What is motivation? What is the relationship between success and motivation? What are the factors that adversely affect success? At the same time, he shared his knowledge about lack of self-confidence, learned helplessness, habit of excuse, etc. He also emphasized the importance of motivation in both education and social life.

At the end of the conference, Dean of the Faculty of Science Prof. Dr. Ümit İNCEKARA thanked to Mustafa SÖZBİLİR for his presentations and presented a plaque.
