"EU Horizon 2020 Marie Sklodowska Curie Area Information Seminar" was Held at our University

In order to support international project development and preparation works for researchers and industrialists under the coordination of the Technology Transfer Office at our university, an information seminar on "EU Horizon 2020 Marie Sklodowska Curie Area Research and Innovation Exchange Program (RISE)" was held. Our Technology Transfer Office Manager Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet DUMLU told academics and industrialists about the project financing resources in the Eastern Anatolia Region and said that the European Union Horizon 2020 project calls are a great source of opportunity for academicians and industrialists.

Participating in the seminar as a speaker, TÜBİTAK Assistant Specialist Şeyma SAYIMLAR gave information about "Marie Skłodowska-Curie Area 2020 Calls, National Contact Point Services and Considerations for Project Applications". Our Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent ÇAKMAK  and many researchers from Erzurum Technical University and Atatürk University, including Ata Teknokent Director Assoc. Dr. Ersin KARAMAN, Erzurum Science, Industry and Technology Provincial Director Mustafa KÜÇÜKLER, Erzurum Organized Industrial Zone Vice President Zafer ARINÇ, İPEKYOLUSİFED President Mehmet Nuri ALİM, ETSO, TÜMSİAD and representatives from various institutions and organizations participated at the event.

At the end of the program, our Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent ÇAKMAK presented a plaque to Şeyma SAYIMLAR at the end of his speech, which emphasized the importance of international research projects.
