The President of Erzurum Technical University (ETU) Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak continues the consultation meetings with the public, private sector and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in order to strengthen their cooperation.

The President of Erzurum Technical University (ETU) Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak and the Director of ETU Continuing Education Application and Research Centre (ETÜSEM) Assistant Professor Ahmet İlker Akbaba, met with Hakan Oral, Chairman of Erzurum Commodity Exchange (ETB) within the scope of "ETÜSEM - Public Sector / Private Sector / NGO Consultation Meetings".

Expressing his appreciation for the visit, Chairman of ETB Hakan Oral stated that they closely follow the works carried out within ETU by mentioning their works, stock exchange activities and projects. Stating that universities have an important mission in order for the city to develop, progress and look to the future with confidence, Chairman Oral said that Erzurum Technical University fulfils this responsibility properly.

Stating that Erzurum is ready for all kinds of cooperation with all its stakeholders, the President of ETU Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak also emphasised that they attach great importance to university-industry cooperation since the day they took office and that Erzurum Technical University has undertaken many works to contribute to the society in every sense, and underlined that they will support all kinds of work to be done jointly with the Erzurum Commodity Exchange in this context.

President Bülent Çakmak, who thanked ETB Chairman Hakan Oral for his hospitality, wished him and his administration success in his work. The visit ended with wishes of goodwill.
