Applications made for the Personnel Training Mobility activity within the scope of the Erasmus+ 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000203202 project have been evaluated and the final results can be accessed by logging in with the E-Government password from the Turkish National Agency Erasmus Application portal. You can click here to access the portal where you can see the results. If the page does not open, you can log in with your E-Government password after refreshing the opened page.
Personnel who are entitled to participate in the activity must submit/send their Acceptance/Invitation Documents from a higher education institution in Europe to the External Relations Coordination Office by 25.04.2025 at the latest.
The mobility activity can be planned for a total of 3 to 7 days. Regardless of the number of days you determine for the activity (whether it is a 3-day or 7-day activity), personnel grant support will be provided to the personnel who will participate in the activity in the form of a maximum of 4 days of Daily Grant + Travel Payment. For example, even if the activity is 7 days in total, 4 days of these 7 days will be calculated as Daily Grant Support and additional Travel Expenses. Personnel must complete their mobility activities by 31.08.2025 at the latest.

Waiver Dates: Personnel who are entitled to participate in the activity and wish to waive their right (desist from participating in the activity) must notify their waiver status in writing to erasmus@erzurum.edu.tr by 18.04.2025.
