Applications made for the Staff Teaching Mobility activity within the scope of the Erasmus+ 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000115552 project have been evaluated and the final results can be accessed from the Turkish National Agency Erasmus Application portal. You can click here to access the portal where you can see the results. If the page does not open, you can log in with your E-Government password after refreshing the opened page.
Academic staff who are eligible to participate in the activity must submit/send their Acceptance/Invitation Documents, which they will receive from a higher education institution with which their department has an agreement within the scope of Erasmus+, to the Foreign Relations Coordinator by 28.06.2024. Staff must complete their mobility activities by 31.12.2024.
The mobility activity can be planned for 3 to 5 days in total. Regardless of the number of activity days you determine (whether it is a 3-day, 5- or 7-day activity), travel payments will be made to the personnel who will participate in the activity, determined according to the daily and distance calculator, for a maximum of 4 (four) days.

Personnel who are entitled to participate in the activity but wish to waive their rights (who give up participating in the activity) must notify the waiver status in writing to erasmus@erzurum.edu.tr by 17.06.2024.
