Erzurum Technical University (ETU) continued its steady rise with the rankings it achieved in the general and sub-categories of the University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) 2025–2026 Türkiye rankings.
According to the 2025-2026 data released by URAP, ETÜ ranked 67th among 198 universities in Türkiye. In the state university category, it ranked 54th among 125 higher education institutions.
In an evaluation based on year of foundation, ETÜ ranked 23rd among 126 universities established after 2000. In a list based on student numbers, ETÜ ranked 7th among 53 universities with fewer than 6,000 students. Furthermore, ETÜ ranked 17th among 87 universities without a medical school, demonstrating its academic performance in various categories.
