Kesin kayıta hak kazanan adayların Kesin Kayıt esnasında istenen belgeler ile 03.08.2020 - 14.08.2020 tarihleri arasında ETÜ Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığında kayıtlarını şahsen tamamlamaları gerekmektedir. Kesin kayıta gelemeyen öğrencilerin  kayıt formunu doldurarak aşağıda sunulan belgelerle birlikte ogrenci@erzurum.edu.tr adresine mail göndermeleri gerekmektedir. 

Kesin Kayıt esnasında İstenen Belgeler şu şekildedir:

1-)İlk Başvuru esnasında istenen belgelerin asılları

a) Lise diploması (Aslı)

b) Diploma Denklik belgesi (Aslı)

c) Not Döküm Belgesinin (transkript) aslı

d) Sınav sonuç belgesi

e) Pasaport ve tercümelerinin noter tasdikli suretleri

f) Son altı aya ait pasaport standardında 4,5x6 cm boyutunda 3 adet fotoğraf,

Candidates who are entitled to final registration have to complete their registration in person with the documents required for final registration in the Students Affairs Department of ETU between 03.08.2020 - 14.08.2020. Students who can not come to register, must fill in the registration form and send an e-mail to ogrenci@erzurum.edu.tr with the documents given below.

Documents Required During Final Registration are as follow:

1-Original Copies of the Documents required during Online Application Process

a) High School Diploma (Original)

b) Diploma Equivalency Document(Original)

c) Transcript ( Original)

d) Exam Result Document

e) Notarized copies of passports and translations

f) 3 passport size photos ( 4.5x6 cm ) taken in the last six months

Önemli Not: Başvuru için Üniversitemize evrak gönderip Online Başvurusunu tamamlamayan veya başvuru esnasında belgeleri eksik olan adaylar 17/08/2020 – 21/08/2020 tarihleri arasında Ek Yerleştirme döneminde başvurularını tekrarlayabilirler.

Important Notice: Candidates who sent documents by cargo but did not complete their online application, and/or the ones who have missing documents in their application files can repeat their applications during additional application dates between 17/08/2020 – 21/08/2020.
