Applications for the Staff Training Mobility activity under the Erasmus+ project number 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306711 have been evaluated, and the final results can be accessed through the Turkish National Agency Erasmus Application portal using your e-Government password. Personnel who have been accepted to participate in the activity must submit/send their Acceptance/Invitation Letters from a higher education institution in Europe to the International Relations Coordination Office by March 2, 2026 at the latest. Personnel who have already obtained an Acceptance/Invitation Letter during the application process should begin preparing the necessary documents and completing the required procedures before/during/after the activity. Mobility activities can be planned for a minimum of 3 days in total. Regardless of the number of days you choose for the activity (whether it's a 3-day or 7-day activity), the staff participating in the activity will receive a maximum of 5 days of daily grant support + travel expenses. For example, even if the activity lasts 7 days in total, 5 days of daily grant support and additional travel expenses will be calculated. Staff must complete their mobility activities no later than July 31, 2026.

Waiver Dates: Staff who have been accepted to participate in the activity but wish to waive their right (withdraw from participation) must notify erasmus@erzurum.edu.tr in writing by February 2, 2026.

Appeal Dates: Appeals regarding applications can be submitted in writing via email to erasmus@erzurum.edu.tr between December 24, 2025 and December 29, 2025.
