Applications for the Staff Teaching Mobility activity under Erasmus+ projects 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000203202 and 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306711 have been evaluated, and the final results can be accessed through the Turkish National Agency Erasmus Application portal using your e-Government password. Academic staff members who are accepted to participate in the activity must submit/send their Acceptance/Invitation Letters from the higher education institution with which their department has an Erasmus+ agreement to the International Relations Coordination Office by March 2, 2026 at the latest. The mobility activity can be planned for a minimum of 3 days in total. Regardless of the number of activity days you choose (whether it's a 3-day or 7-day activity), personnel participating in the activity will receive a maximum of 5 days of Daily Grant + Travel Allowance. For example, even if the activity lasts a total of 7 days, 5 days of Daily Grant Support and additional Travel Expense Payment will be calculated. Personnel must complete their mobility activities no later than July 31, 2026.

Waiver Dates: Personnel who have been accepted to participate in the activity but wish to waive their right (withdraw from participation) must notify erasmus@erzurum.edu.tr in writing by February 2, 2026.

Appeal Dates: Appeals regarding applications can be submitted in writing via email to erasmus@erzurum.edu.tr between December 24, 2025 and December 29, 2025.
