Applications submitted for the 2026-2027 Spring Semester study mobility and the 2026-2027 Summer Term traineeship mobility—under the Erasmus+ projects 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306711 and 2026-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000404531—have been evaluated. The final results are now available via the Turkish National Agency’s Erasmus Application Portal. Consequently, the student selection process for study and traineeship activities under these projects has been concluded. You may click here to access the portal where the results can be viewed.
Orientation Meeting: An online information/orientation meeting will be held for all candidates selected for study or traineeship mobility. The meeting will take place on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 16:00, via Moodle—our university’s distance learning platform—to outline the next steps in the process. The meeting link and login details will be announced on the International Relations homepage on the day of the meeting. Students who have been selected but fail to attend the meeting without a valid excuse will have 10 points deducted from any future applications they may submit.
Nomination Process (Notification of Students to Host Institutions): Students selected for study mobility must contact their departmental coordinators to initiate the nomination process (the procedure for notifying the host university) without delay. You can find your departmental coordinators by clicking here. Candidates selected for an internship mobility are not required to go through a nomination process. Instead, they must submit their Acceptance/Invitation Letters—obtained from the organization where they will complete their internship—to the International Relations Office by January 22, 2027. Students who have already submitted an Acceptance/Invitation Letter during their application are advised to begin preparing the necessary documentation for their mobility.
Withdrawal Process: Students who wish to withdraw from the program must complete a Withdrawal Petition and submit it to the International Relations Office via email (erasmus@erzurum.edu.tr) no later than November 18, 2026. Click here to download the Withdrawal Petition. If a withdrawal petition is submitted after this deadline, a 10-point deduction will be applied to the student's next application. Therefore, candidates who wish to withdraw must ensure their petitions are completed and submitted to the office by the specified date.
