Mobility Grant Information
Staff participating in the activity will be provided with grant support in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ KA171 2025 Programme Guide, covering a designated portion of the time spent at the host institution. The grant amounts based on the destination country are listed in the table below. Activities carried out under this call will be funded through a daily allowance (with travel days added separately) corresponding to the number of days of the assignment, as well as a travel support grant.
The daily grant amount for staff participating in the mobility will be calculated based on the destination country and the duration of the stay, taking into account the figures specified in the table below. The amounts shown in the table are in Euros.
Travel Support
The travel expense amount is calculated using the “Distance Calculator.” The distance calculator can be accessed via the following link:

The travel support amounts specified in the 2025 Handbook, based on the distance calculated via the relevant link, are presented in the table below.
The final results of the application evaluation will be announced at the end of the workday on August 3, 2026.
