- The instructor of each course takes the average of all evaluations made during the semester, at least 4, and creates the semester grade as a single grade for both semesters.
- It is 40% effective in total weighted grade calculation.
- 20% fall semester
- 20% spring term

- It is the exam held at the end of the semester for all courses except speaking.
- .It constitutes 60% of the total weighted grade.
- 30% fall semester
- 30% spring semester

- It is a single exam held at the end of the year.
- 60% of the exam score is effective.
- The 40% rate is obtained from the total of students' grades during the semester.
- .As a result of this calculation, students who score 65 points and above are entitled to pass the preparatory class.

- Students whose mid-term and semester grades are calculated as 50 points or above are entitled to take the final exam.
- A 50% success requirement is required in the Writing course.

- PREP CLASS ATTENDANCE CRITERIA

General principles regarding education and training in the preparatory class ARTICLE 4 - (1) The duration of foreign language preparatory education is one year. The academic year consists of two semesters, fall and spring. (2) Students are required to attend at least 80% of each of the preparatory class courses. Students who do not fulfill the attendance requirement are considered unsuccessful and cannot take the end-of-year/ make-up exams.
