The selecting process of foreign candidates who applied to study at our university during additional application period has been completed. Please click here to see the list of candidates who have been chosen to be eligible for final registration.
Candidates who are entitled to the final registration must submit the required documents during the Final Registration Period to ETÜ Student Affairs Office between 23.09.2021-27.09.2021. Due to the pandemic, students are required to complete the registration form (download) as online and send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the documents given below.
The list of substitute students will be announced on September 28. Final registration of substitute students will be made between 29.09.2021-04.10.2021.
Documents Required During Final Registration are as follow:
1-) Original Copies of the Documents required during Online Application Process
a) High School Diploma (Original)
b) Diploma Equivalency Document(It can be delivered within 3 months after final registration)
c) Transcript (Original)
d) Exam Result Document
e) Notarized copies of passports and translations
f) Turkish proficiency certificate (if any)
g) Residence Certificate (Residence Permit)
Important Note: Students who do not submit their original documents until October 20, 2021 will be cancelled.
