Applications for study mobility for the Fall 2026-2027 semester and traineeship mobility for the Summer 2025-2026 semester under the Erasmus+ 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306711 and 2026-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000404531 projects have been evaluated, and the final results can be accessed through the Turkish National Agency Erasmus Application Portal. Important note: Since the signing of the 2026 Mobility Agreement and the funding processes of our project have not yet been completed, the number of candidates who have been awarded a grant is an estimate, consistent with previous agreement and project periods. These numbers may change following the completion of the signing process of the 2026 Period Contract with the Turkish National Agency. Erzurum Technical University or the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for any material or moral losses that may arise from delays in these agreement processes, changes in the final number of funded activities, or any other disruptions that may occur.

Orientation Meeting: An online information/orientation meeting will be held on Thursday, April 30th at 17:00 via our University's Moodle system for all candidates who have qualified to participate in the learning and internship activities, regarding what needs to be done in the ongoing process. The meeting participation link and login details will be announced on the International Relations main page on the day of the meeting. Students who are qualified to continue the process but do not attend the meeting without a valid excuse will have -10 points applied to their applications in subsequent periods.

Nomination Process: Students who have been selected for the learning mobility activity as a result of the evaluations must contact their department coordinators to initiate the nomination process (notification process to the host university) without delay. Candidates selected for the internship activity do not need to complete the nomination process (notification process). Instead, they must submit their Acceptance/Invitation Letters from their internship location to the International Relations Office by June 15, 2026. Students who submitted their Internship Acceptance/Invitation Letter during the application process are advised to begin preparing their documents for the activity.

Waiver Procedures: Students who wish to waive their right must fill out the Waiver Application Form and send it to the International Relations Office via email by May 11, 2026. To download the Waiver Application Form, click here.
