Points to Consider During Application

How Long are the Activity Durations?
The activity duration can be between 2 and 12 months (1, 2, or 3 semesters depending on the systems of some countries), valid separately for each education level. A student may receive a grant for up to 12 months in total for each education level (Associate/Bachelor's, Master's, PhD) and can benefit from activities for a total of 12 months even if they do not receive a grant. Within the scope of this project, the activity duration for each student is one semester.

Travel Support
To contribute to the travel expenses of students, the distance between the starting point of the mobility and the place where the activity takes place should be determined via the distance calculator provided by the European Commission, and the travel grant should be calculated using the table below. The figure in the table is the round-trip amount and is not multiplied by two.
| Travel Distance | Standard Travel Grant | Green Travel Grant |
| Between 10-99 km | 28 € | 56 € |
| Between 100-499 km | 211 € | 285 € |
| Between 500-1999 km | 309 € | 417 € |
| Between 2000-2999 km | 395 € | 535 € |
| Between 3000-3999 km | 580 € | 785 € |
| Between 4000-7999 km | 1,188 € | 1,188 € |
| 8000 km and above | 1,735 € | 1,735 € |

Green Travel Support for Students/Recent Graduates
Green travel is defined as using low-carbon emission public transportation (bus, train, carpooling). To receive green travel support, green travel must be used for both departure and return, and more than half of the total travel must be completed using green vehicles. Students/graduates choosing green travel receive up to 4 days of additional individual support grant in addition to the travel grant.
Additional Grant Support for Students with Fewer Opportunities
Participants with fewer opportunities (economic/social) will be provided with an Additional Grant Support of 250 € per month (for 2-12 month mobility). This includes students under Law No. 2828/5395, those receiving orphan's pensions, children of martyrs/veterans, those receiving social assistance/neediness pensions, disabled students, and victims of natural disasters (AFAD aid).
Inclusion Support
The Erasmus+ Program encourages the participation of students with special needs (physical, mental, or health conditions) that would prevent participation without extra financial support. Additional grants can be provided for predicted extra expenses based on their condition.
Non-Grant ("Zero-Grant") Student Status
Students may participate without receiving a grant if they wish. They undergo the same evaluation process as granted students. In the KA171 activity, students must be either fully granted or fully "zero-grant"; partial granting is not possible.
