Applications for study mobility for the Fall semester of 2026-2027 and traineeship mobility for the Summer semester of 2025-2026 under the Erasmus+ projects 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306711 and 2026-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000404531 will be accepted from March 24, 2026, and the deadline for applications is April 14, 2026.
The basic requirements for application are as follows:
- Being a full-time enrolled student at Erzurum Technical University
- Having a minimum GPA of 2.20/4.00 for undergraduate and 2.50/4.00 for graduate students

Important: These quotas are estimated based on previous contract and project periods and may change after the completion of the signing process of the 2026 Term Contract with the Turkish National Agency. Evaluation Criteria
- Obtaining a minimum score of 55 on the Foreign Language Exam
- The final foreign language score is calculated by taking 80% of the written foreign language exam and 20% of the oral exam.
- A ranking is created by taking 50% of the final foreign language score and 50% of the GPA.
- The ranking is done using a scoring method starting from the highest score obtained according to the quota allocated to the departments.
- The number of students who will participate in the activity with grants will be determined by looking at the final success ranking within each department, and the specified total quota will be distributed equally among the departments.
- Students who are in the final ranking and meet the minimum score requirement are entitled to Erasmus+ Mobility.
-Students who qualify for the project with a grant are distributed to departments according to the total grant amount allocated to our institution for the relevant project. Main and reserve candidates are determined for the grant-funded activity. Candidates who meet the score requirement but do not qualify for the grant-funded activity may participate in the activity without a grant.
The following points will also be considered in the evaluation criteria:
a) Students with disabilities (with documentation): +10 points
b) Children of martyrs and veterans: +15 points
c) Previous participation (for each mobility at the same educational level): -10 points
d) Participation in mobility in the country of citizenship: -10 points
e) Students for whom a protection, care, or shelter decision has been made under the Social Services Law No. 2828 and the Child Protection Law No. 5395: +10 points
f) Applying for two types of mobility simultaneously (a reduction will be applied to the mobility type preferred by the student): -10 points
g) Submitting an internship acceptance letter at the time of application for internships: +10 points
h) Those who, or their first-degree relatives, receive disaster relief aid from AFAD (Do you or your first-degree relatives receive disaster relief aid from AFAD?): +10 points
i) Studying in a double major Students enrolled in this program can only apply for mobility in one major during the same application period.
