Applications received for Student Mobility for Studies and Internships under the Erasmus+ 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000203202 and 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306711 Projects have been evaluated, and the final results can be accessed through the Turkish National Agency's Erasmus Application Portal. This completes the student selection process for the relevant project. Click here to access the portal to view the results.

Orientation Meeting: An online information/orientation meeting will be held online via our University's Moodle system on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 4:00 PM, to discuss the necessary steps for all candidates who qualify for the study and internship activities. The meeting participation link and login details will be announced on the meeting date on the homepage of the Foreign Affairs website. Students who qualify for the program but cannot attend without an excuse will receive a -10 point penalty for their applications submitted in subsequent semesters. Nomination Process: Students who are deemed eligible for the student mobility program must contact their department coordinators to initiate the nomination process (notification process to the host university) without delay. Candidates who are eligible for the internship program do not need to complete the nomination process (notification process). Instead, they must submit their Acceptance/Invitation Document from their internship location to the External Relations Office by January 31, 2026. Students who submit their Internship Acceptance/Invitation Document at the time of application are advised to begin preparing the documents for the program.
Waiver Procedures: Students who wish to waive their right must complete the Waiver Form and email it to the External Relations Office by November 14, 2025. Click here to download the Waiver Form.
