- The final foreign language score is calculated by taking 80% of the Written Foreign Language Exam and 20% of the Oral Exam into account.
A Success Ranking is created by taking 50% of the final Foreign Language score and 50% of the GPA.
The ranking is based on a scoring system, starting with the highest score achieved according to the allocated quota for each department.
The number of students eligible to participate in the grant-aided program will be determined based on the final performance ranking within each department, and the total quota will be distributed equally among the departments.
Students who are in the final ranking and meet the minimum score requirements are eligible for Erasmus+ Mobility.
Students who qualify for the grant-aided program are allocated to the departments according to the total grant amount allocated to our institution for the relevant project. Main and reserve candidates are determined for the grant-aided program. Candidates who meet the score requirements but do not qualify for the grant-aided program may participate without a grant.
