The 21st International Geometry Symposium, organized by the Geometricians Association, was held this year in honor of Prof. Dr. Arif Salimov and hosted by the Faculty of Science at Erzurum Technical University.

Symposium chair and Associate Professor Dr. Sibel Turanlı, a faculty member in the Mathematics Department of the Faculty of Science at ETU, thanked Erzurum Technical University for their support, as well as the stakeholders Sakarya University, Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, Anadolu University, Baku State University, and Honorary President of the Union of Turkish World Mathematicians Prof. Dr. H. Hilmi Hacısalihoğlu; Prof. Dr. Arif Salimova, in whose honor the symposium was held; the Geometricians Association and its President Prof. Dr. Murat Tosun; the invited speakers; the faculty members of the Mathematics Department of the Faculty of Science at ETU, the graduate students; and all the participants. She expressed her hope that the symposium would make valuable contributions to fields of study and yield productive results in the scientific world.
