About OLS System (EU Academy)

New OLS System (EU|Academy)

All participants in the Learning and Traineeship Activities are required to take the OLS (Online Language Support) exams via EU|Academy. According to the latest decision by the European Commission, the OLS exam is mandatory for higher education mobility. As stated in the Student-University agreement, failure to take the OLS exam will result in a reduction in the allocated grant amount. After completing the exam, you must take a screenshot as proof of completion and send it to the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator (erasmus@erzurum.edu.tr).

Instructions for using the new EU Academy OLS System and taking the language exam are as follows:

First, open the EU Academy web system (EU|Academy) to replace the OLS Exam. Click here to change it.
To log in to the EU Academy system, you must first create an EU Login account. Create an account using your registered email address erzurum.edu.tr.
Then, type "English Learning Community and Resources" in the search section and click on the resulting title. On the page that opens, select “Go to Community”. On the “Learning with OLS” page, scroll down and click on “English Level Placement Test” under the “Spotlight” option. On the page that opens, click on the “Register” link on the right. After clicking the link, click on the “Start Assessment” link on the next page to begin the test. After completing the test, the results screen will appear. You can view your test results from the “Grades” link in the upper right corner of the page. Please share the results screen with @erzurum.edu.tr.
