Guide to Obtaining the Grant Certificate

Students who have received their Letter of Acceptance are advised to follow the steps below to generate the "Grant Certificate" required during their visa appointment:

• The Grant Certificate can be generated and obtained online through the Turna Portal (https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr), where Erasmus+ applications are submitted.
• Please note that only one (1) Grant Certificate can be generated within a 24-hour period.
• After you submit your Letter of Acceptance to our Office, you will be able to generate your Grant Certificate within three (3) days, once your information has been processed in the system.
• If you notice any errors in your Grant Certificate, please contact us at erasmus@erzurum.edu.tr so that the necessary corrections can be made.
