Our undergraduate students Gizem Nur Ünlü and Umut Kulay were accepted to present at the 2nd Undergraduate Conference, organized by the Department of English Language and Literature at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, and successfully delivered their presentations.

• Umut Kulay presented a paper titled “Between Literature and Screen: A Comparative Study of the Novel and Series Adaptation of ‘Normal People’”, exploring the impact of literature on television adaptations.

• Gizem Nur Ünlü presented her study titled “Language Learning Experiences of English Language and Literature Students During and After the COVID-19 Pandemic and the 2023 Türkiye Earthquake: A PhotoVoice Study”.

We are especially proud to announce that Gizem Nur Ünlü received the Best Student Paper Award for her outstanding work.
