According to  29th of  decree law with the number 124, the aim of our directorate is to provide  to perform the tasks of directorate on time and therefore, to organize the  coordinated works of related units.

In accordance with  instructions given by Personal Affairs Directorate and regulations to  plan, organize, conduct, coordinate and control the appointment, employment and personnel right of academic staff.

Retirement and service assessment of academic and administrative staff

In accordance with  instructions given by Personal Affairs Directorate and regulations to  plan, organize, conduct retirement and service assessment of academic staff, appointment, employment and personnel right of staff and register and archive activities.

Academic and Administrative Staff Operations

In accordance with  instructions given by Personal Affairs Directorate and regulations to  plan, organize, conduct and control Academic and Administrative Staff Operations, completing Academic Organization and other personnel rights.

Registry-Discipline In-service Training  Operations  

In accordance with  instructions given by Personal Affairs Directorate and regulations to  , organize, conduct and control the registry , discipline , I.T.O and planning other personnel right.

To study on the labor force of university, to conduct studies on personnel  policy, to make suggestions for developing personnel system.

To conduct the tasks of appointment, retirement and personnel rights of  university personnel.
To  do the task about appoinment, personnel rights and retirement of university staff.

To organize and carry out pre- service and inservice training of adminstrative staff .

To do the similar task tasks will be given.
